Whether the space is filled with the joyous echoes of a 200-plus-guest wedding, the lively music of a quinceañera, the soft clatter of an extended family celebration, or the quiet hum of a corporate retreat, The Barn was designed to be a sanctuary of gathering in Caliente, Nevada. This is more than just a beautiful building; it is a space built to bring people together.

Built From the Ground Up: Our Foundation

True character cannot be manufactured—it has to be built. Bahbee’s Barn stands today as a testament to its original builders, who poured their vision and craftsmanship into every square inch of the property. They didn’t just construct a venue; they created a work of art.

The Beginning Bahbee’s Barn was built on love, family, and lifelong passions. “Bahbee” is the affectionate name given to our original co-founder, Rhea, by her grandchildren. In November 2019, Rhea (a passionate party planner) and her husband Kevin (a lifelong professional homebuilder) broke ground on the property. Blending their unique skills, they built the structure from the ground up. This included a custom two-story layout designed specifically so a bride could make a stunning entrance down a grand staircase to the aisle.

Opening in July 2020, the venue quickly became a staple of Lincoln County. It was built not just by Kevin and Rhea, but by all the hands that helped make the dream a reality—friends, family, the community, and God.

When we took the reins of Bahbee’s Barn, we knew we were stepping into an extraordinary space meant to be shared. From the rich, custom-laid stained concrete floors to the precisely cut granite surfaces and hand-placed weathered wood walls, the founders’ dedication to quality created a space of flawless, rustic elegance. We are deeply proud to honor their legacy by continuing to share this secluded, magical venue with our community.

As a family-operated business, we view ourselves not just as venue operators, but as your partners in hospitality. We believe the setting of your event should be as stress-free as it is beautiful, and our mission remains exactly the same as the founders: to put smiles on faces and make people happy. From answering your last-minute layout questions to ensuring the property is immaculate before your first guest arrives, Kimberly and I are personally invested in the success of your day.
