We are nestled on 60 private acres in the beautiful high desert, conveniently located right between the historic towns of Caliente and Panaca.

Coming from the South (Las Vegas / Caliente) Drive north through the town of Caliente. Continue north past the town limits for approximately 7 miles following the Meadow Valley Wash. Look for Carrigan Rd on your Right, there is a sign for Bahbee’s Barn on the corner.

Coming from the North (Cedar City / Pioche / Panaca) Drive south past the Panaca townsite for approximately 7 miles. Look for Carrigan Rd on your Left at the Bahbee’s Barn sign.

The Final Approach Carrigan road is fully paved right up until you turn onto Gary Ln. which puts you on a maintained, rustic dirt road. Follow this past two of our neighbors less than ¼ mile. Make a final left turn onto our private lane “Bahbees Lane,” follow this as it traces around the main property and leads into our large, reddish-brown crushed granite parking area (your path will take you all the way around The Barn to the south side of the building).

Tip for guests: While GPS usually gets you close, we recommend saving or printing these directions just in case your cell service dips out as you explore the canyons!
